We had as much fun as our daughter! A special corner for children from 0 to 4 years old, and not small either, something to really have fun and discover. We can support them in each structure, so really great. The mini nightclub was also a blast for us, the staff are adorable. I'm taking one star off anyway because the ceiling is very high and it was extremely cold, we had to give our daughter her coat back at one point and also because of the dust accumulated between the wall and the play area. It's really dirty, it must be difficult to access but if you have a child allergic to dust or asthmatic it can be annoying because obviously they are nets so the air passes.

Great, very affordable place for the children to have fun all afternoon. The coffee area is great and very affordable. The staff and manager are super welcoming and polite. I give 4 stars for the wear and tear of the play foam and carpets which could be changed over time, apart from that, it is recommended for spending a great afternoon with your children

A very big security problem, impossible to access the games area for children!!! They go to the bottom and no longer see them at all, they don't know what's going on there, what they're doing there, and that can last a very long time...if necessary, they can't help them. !!!!! we would need a corridor on each side and at the bottom to be able to turn around and see them from everywhere...to be reassured...if they fall, it won't blend in well!!!no big person is with them and we don't see them !!!! They are left to their own devices!!!!! And the stress that this causes for parents....!!!! There are very big ones mixed with very small ones, birthdays and non-birthdays, all mixed up, people don't supervise the children properly during birthdays.....your children go from the back where there are games to the extreme opposed constantly at height where there are birthdays, it is impossible to follow them....and to monitor them correctly....because there are always people who obstruct your view or the passage!!!! ! We need to improve our security points!!!! Many parents think about leaving two access corridors for parents on each side and at the back.... Points are improved Be careful, watch your children carefully... The music when the mascot arrives is horribly loud for the children and parents, there are the constant screams and screams of the children plus the music = fatigue and headache guaranteed, setting a reasonable volume doesn't prevent you from having fun... .

A must-see place for children, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Little anecdote I had lost my gold bracelet and I realized it two days later I called Royal kids to inform the staff and to find out if they had the opportunity to check in the ball pit where I had played with my son. I really thought I would never find it because often when you ask for a lost item you either pretend to have looked, or in the worst case you have it stolen so I really wanted to highlight the honesty and kindness of the staff from Royal kid Arles thank you again it warms the heart to see that there are still good people ❤️
